Indications	Dosage
Vulvovaginal Candidiasis	Adult : As Caps. :200mg bid for 1 day
Pityriasis versicolor	Adult : As Caps. :200mg daily for 7 days
Tinea cruris	Adult : As Caps. : 100mg daily for 15 days Or 200mg daily for 7 days
Tinea corporis	Adult : As Caps. : 100mg daily for 15 days Or 200mg daily for 7 days
Nail fungal infections	Adult : As Caps. : 200mg daily for 3 months. Alternatively, pulse therapy with 200mg bid for 7 days, repeated once for fingemail infections and twice for toenail infections after drug·free intervals of 21 days
Systemic fungal infections	Adult : As Caps. : 100-200mg once daily, increased to 200mg bid for invasive or disseminated infections. For life-threatening infections. Loading dose of 200mg bid for 3 days has been given
Primary or secondary prophylaxis orAIDS patients	Adult : As Caps. :200mg daily increased 200mg bid if necessary
Tinea Pedis	Adult : As Caps. : 100mg daily for 30 days or 200mg bid for 7 days
Tinea manuum	Adult : As Caps. : 100mg daily for 30 days or 200mg bid for 7 days
